Do You Accept Returns?

At Number Plate Store, every number plate is individually crafted to order, built to meet DVLA standards and your exact design preferences. Each set is made using premium materials and precision equipment, ensuring you receive a product that’s both high-quality and completely bespoke.
Because every plate is custom-made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed in error, incorrect registration details, or changes of mind once production has started.

Defective or Damaged Items 🔧

We take great care to ensure your plates arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your plates.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please email clear photos of the plates (front and back) and packaging, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we’ll provide a return authorisation and instructions for sending the plates back. After receiving them, we’ll remake and resend your number plates at no additional cost.

What We Don’t Cover ❌

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

Incorrect registration details entered during checkout
Damage caused by improper installation or handling after delivery
Plates that have been used, fitted, or show signs of tampering
Orders reported as damaged after 24 hours of delivery
Minor variations in spacing or letter placement that remain DVLA-compliant

Design Selection: You choose your style, size, and finish through our custom order form.
Base Plate Creation: A DVLA-compliant base is produced in your chosen format.
3D/4D Letter Application: Digits are applied using industrial-grade adhesive.
Resin & Quality Check: Plates are coated in premium resin, cured, and checked before dispatch.
